Web Design Services - FAQ Process & Technologies

We’ve gathered the most common questions we receive about web design and website development. I‑Creativ Studio was founded in Plovdiv in 2006, and we work on projects across Bulgaria and with international partners. Our focus is on custom design, high performance, and stable architecture.

Why do you use custom development instead of WordPress?

We work entirely custom because it gives us full control over design, structure, and performance. We don’t use ready-made themes or templates — they are heavy, restrictive, and often create security issues. Laravel allows us to build a lightweight, fast, and stable architecture, which is important both for users and for Google ranking.

What types of projects do you develop most often?

We create corporate websites, portfolios, platforms for cultural events, and more complex web systems. We combine design, typography, and animations. Some of our projects have been recognized by Bulgarian and international web design platforms.

What information is needed before starting a project?

It’s helpful to have clear goals, a target audience, and examples of websites you like. If you already have a logo, colors, fonts, and texts — we integrate them into the design. If not, we can assist with creating your visual identity.

How long does it take to build a website?

Usually between 4 and 10 weeks, depending on complexity, content, and functionality.

Can I update the content myself?

Yes. We build an easy-to-use admin panel that allows you to edit texts, images, and pages without technical knowledge.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes — we can provide technical support, updates, optimizations, and further development after the project goes live.

Do you work only with clients from Plovdiv?

No. Although the studio is based in Plovdiv, we work with clients across the country and abroad.

How can I send a project inquiry?

We accept inquiries through our official email. This helps us gather the necessary information and determine whether the project fits the way we work. On the “Project Request” page you’ll find a short description of what to include in your message.
